It’s Getting Hot In Here

Pizza is the food that makes everybody happy. But why? The reasons for its worldwide popularity are different but basically the key is the simplicity of combining dough with toppings that come in endless variations.

In this article, we will talk about a key phase in the pizza making; the baking of a pizza according to the oven and we will dwell on its crispiness.

At Pop Pizza, we have three types of oven, that are nicely built-in in the restaurant. It’s probably the first you will notice when you walk in. If you are wondering how they are different from each other; let’s have a look.

Wood Fire Oven

As you know, wood is arguably the best bet if you want an authentic restaurant-type pizza. Our wood fired pizzas are charred crust at 750 degrees Fahrenheit and hand tossed with homemade vine-ripened tomato sauce and finest toppings. They are also finished with duo sesame seeds.

Gas Fired Oven

Most people may not tell the difference between a wood-fired pizza and a gas-fired one, because of temperature they are baked in. Our gas fired pizzas are cooked at 700 degrees Fahrenheit using homemade tomato sauce. If you want a pizza with a rustic medium crust, then we would suggest you have a gas fired pizza.
